  • How much do you charge for a custom cake?

Custom cake comes with a custom price. Pricing depends on a few factors; materials, flavors, serving size, labor and complexity of the design. 

Pricing for custom designs is based on hours of labor required to achieve that design. If you let us know what your budget is up front, we can always find a design solution that works for you!

  • What do I need to do to book you for my event? 

We require a 30% non-refundable deposit and signed contract for any orders to hold your date. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks before the delivery date. This also lets us know that you're not a scammer. 

Your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

  • Why is the deposit non-refundable?
    Deposits are used to order materials ahead of time and reserve the scheduled date and time of delivery.

  • How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Depending on availability, custom orders must be booked 1-2 months minimum prior to delivery date, depending on complexity design. More complex designs may require more time. Wedding orders will need a minimum of 3-4 months. The more time, the better. 

  • Do you deliver?

Yes we do, $1.00 per mile. 

You are welcome to pick-up your order, however, we do recommend that you let us do the delivery, especially if it's a cake. Cakes are delicate, heavy and requires special handling.

  • Do you offer tasting? 

We offer a tasting box. Tastings are only available for weddings at the moment. Tasting prices are based on number of flavors. 4 flavor combinations  for $60.00 + tax. Additional flavors available upon request. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer gluten/sugar/dairy-free and vegan flavors. Our kitchen is not gluten-free. Sugar and dairy helps keep the texture of the cake/cupcakes and keeps them moist.

We are fully vaccinated but we are taking extra precautions when preparing and delivering your order!
